The final phase of implementing exciting technology enhancements has been completed.

Drummond Community Bank staff began preparing in 2016 for this project. Our goal throughout the entire process has been to limit the impact to our customers. We appreciate your understanding as we transition and hope you'll be pleased with the many new benefits this enhancement will provide

What to Expect After the Banking System Enhancement

  • Account Numbers will not change.
  • Debit & Credit Cards will work the same. You will not be required to change your PIN.
  • Personal & Business Checks will process the same.
  • Your Online and Mobile Banking Login information will remain the same.
  • Drummond Community Bank's Routing Number will not change.
  • If you use the Telephone Banking System you will need to re-enroll after April 9th. The menus will be setup a little differently. The phone number you call will remain the same 1-888-724-BANK (2265) and we are happy to assist.
  • Debit Card Text Alerts will stop April 9th and new eAlerts will resume transaction notification by May 1st.

New/Enhanced Services

  • SecurLock - a new mobile app that allows you to control how, when and where your debit/credit cards are used. Available for download TODAY.
  • People Pay - transfer money from your checking account to anyone using their mobile device.
  • eSign - an electronic signature service, used in opening accounts, allows a customer to sign documents securely without printing, scanning, faxing.
  • eWire - for business customers, is a streamlined, less-expensive means of wiring money from the convenience of your office.
  • Positive Pay - for business customers, is a Cash Management service used to detect fraud by viewing transactions in real-time before they post to your account.
